The food hygiene systems operated are very good. There are only two areas that I suggest you could look at.
1. Ensure bulbs to insectocuter are changed by Rentokil
2. You should occasionally probe + record the temperature of the few reheated meals you do.
No potential problems were found and staff are to be congratulated on the standards achieved.
